Facilitate collaboration and consensus building between technology teams to define, deliver, and improve technology solutions that solve business problems? o Knowledge of current generation architectures? Proven leadership track record, expertise in the Java, Microservices, GCP based systems. Minimum 15 yrs.

Lead the creation of high level technical designs and integration architectures that are scalable, secure, and supportable.? o Ability to build relationships and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization ? o Use an understanding of downstream impacts of change to complex, inter-related systems to avoid unintended consequences associated with software development.? o Proficient ability to develop estimates, identify tasks, and recommend sequencing pertaining to complex business and technical solution? Partner with technology leaders of development and delivery teams and other architects to evaluate and continuously improve solution design and development methodologies and tools.? o Proficient written and verbal communication skills? o Partner with product delivery teams to create development guidelines.? o Ability to understand business goals, objectives and requirements and convert them into solution designs? * Mapping conceptual, logical design to physical design based on business and technical requirements .? o Takes a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities o Produce a solution target architecture definitions that support business goals and requirements.? o Provide subject matter expertise to team planning, solution definition and engineering.
