12-15 years of experience in IT, with minimum of 4 years experience in solutioning and managing project teams
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level Java applications covering full-stack (reactjs, APIs and data) with scalability, reliability, security and performance.
Strong experience with one of the cloud providers AWS/Azure/GCP with implementation knowledge of Cloud deployment
Experience in creating faster PoV (Proof of Value) with diving into details at implementation level to address the technology issues
Understanding of customer buying patterns and defining innovative solutions in an accelerated way
Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to determine their applicability to the organization's technical stack.
Make recommendations on technology selection based on industry trends and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure that applications comply with security standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Solutioning
Domain Experience in BFSI, Manufacturing or Travel domains
Deep understanding of web application development, mobile application development frameworks and API design
Strong knowledge in developing applications for Cloud
Deep knowledge in DevOps, containerization, configuring scalable environments
Exposure to software architectures on all layers - Network, infrastructure, security, data persistence, microservices and mobile front end
Proved experience in writing technical specifications, data modelling
