We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Java Developer (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about software development and eager to build a career in Java technologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of Java-based applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP principles, and data structures.

Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is a plus.

Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria:



Bachelor's degree in engineering computer science, Information Technology, ECE.

Minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, and graduation).



Preferred Qualifications:



Internship or academic project experience in Java.

Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
