About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Technical Lead to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Drive technical innovation by introducing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Frontend: Angular
Databases: SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
DevOps Tools: Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes
Version Control: Git
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)
Methodologies: Agile / Scrum
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in full stack software development.
Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and best coding practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or full stack development.
Exposure to CI/CD, API development, and automated testing frameworks.
