YOUR IMPACT



We are looking for a highly skilledSenior Software Engineer with strong expertise inJava-based application development and a solid understanding ofAI and machine learning concepts. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable software systems that integrate AI capabilities into core business products.



WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS



Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs usingJava (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST). Collaborate with data scientists tointegrate AI/ML models into production systems. Build scalable and high-performance applications with a focus on reliability and maintainability. Participate inarchitecture design, code reviews, and performance tuning. Leveragecloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment and automation. Stay updated with emerging trends inAI, LLMs, and software engineering best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



6-10 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong proficiency inJava, Spring Framework, and RESTful services. Experience withAI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs). Solid understanding ofdata structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience working withdatabases (SQL / NoSQL) andmessaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Familiarity withCI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, andGit-based workflows. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Exposure toLLM integration, AI-assisted automation, orpredictive analytics projects. Knowledge ofPython for AI scripting or model integration. Experience incloud-native development andDevOps practices.

You are a self-starter who is able to work with minimal management, however have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work together with several other professionals from other information security fields. You have a desire to learn new technologies. Your sense of humor, passion and enthusiasm shines through in everything you do.
