Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Japanese Language Teacher to instruct students in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Japanese. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and help students achieve fluency in the language.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels. Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing systems (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji). Incorporate interactive activities to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and class participation. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students. Encourage cultural appreciation by introducing Japanese customs, traditions, and etiquette. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including multimedia resources, games, and role-playing. Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate with parents, guardians, or institutions regarding student progress and concerns (if applicable). Stay updated on best practices and advancements in language education.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Japanese (Native or JLPT N1/N2 level). Master's degree or PHD in Japanese Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Teaching certification (such as a TEFL/TESOL certificate for teaching Japanese as a foreign language) is a plus. Previous teaching experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for language teaching and cultural exchange.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with diverse age groups (children, teenagers, adults). Knowledge of digital tools and online teaching platforms. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
