Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, responding to vendor/client inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliant.
Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business users, controllership, technology & other stakeholders for process & system enhancements.
Establish and maintain relationships with business users, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
Take accountability and manage multiple priorities.
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
Work on initiatives.
Japanese language expert
Bachelors degree.
Proven experience of minimum 2-5 years in a similar role with strong understanding of customer management.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently & strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
