Job Responsibilities : Interpreting between Japanese patients and hospital staff. Handling emails and phone calls from Japanese nationals Checking and co-ordination of insurance documents Building relationships with hospitals in various regions. Responding to enquiries on insurance details. Interpretation in Japanese and English. Internal communication in Japanese.
