Minimum Qualification:

JLPT N3 or N2 Certification

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Japanese language instruction to students across beginner and intermediate proficiency levels.

Design and implement structured lesson plans aligned with JLPT standards and institutional curriculum.

Provide communication and conversational training to enhance speaking confidence.

Develop instructional materials, assessments, and practice exercises.

Evaluate learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Prepare students for JLPT examinations through targeted training and mock tests.

Foster an interactive and professional learning environment.

Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and performance reports.

Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support both classroom-based and online training sessions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

JLPT N3 or N2 certification.

Strong command of Japanese language (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital teaching tools.

Commitment to professional ethics and student development.
