Minimum Qualification


BACHELOR OF ARTS (BA)





Translate documents, emails, reports, and other materials from Japanese to English and English to Japanese.


Interpret spoken conversations during meetings, calls, or events.


Maintain the original meaning, tone, and context of the source material.


Proofread and edit translated texts for grammar, clarity, and cultural relevance.


Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and terminology.


Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and language trends.


Candidate should act as cultural mediators, explaining culturally specific terms or practices and facilitating understanding between workers and management from different cultural backgrounds.


Requirements:



Proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).


Proven experience as a translator or interpreter.


Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
