Assist in preparing ingredients for sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, and other traditional Japanese dishes.
Learn and apply Japanese cooking techniques such as knife handling, rice preparation, and dashi making.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Help receive and store kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Work closely with other kitchen team members and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
