The role holder works under close supervision, performing routine activities in routine business as usual situations in network, security or general systems. The role holder will work closely with other team members.
Job Title: Japanese Assistant Technical Service Engineer
Job Location: Chennai, onsite
Requirements:

• Any graduate( Preferred with Japanese language skills)
• 02 to 04 Years of minimum experience
• Proficient in Japanese language(equivalent to N2 & N3 and above)
• ITIL framework certified with knowledge of IT field, aware with MS office
• Excellent interpersonal / coordination & presentation skills.
• Vendor management, Reporting, metrics management.
• Ready to work in flexible shifts as per project requirement
• Experience of dealing with Japanese client
• Experience in transitions of project (s) process
• Knowledge of handling end 2 end project deliverables
