Job Description

• To check the pouching plan and check the availability of KLD/Specs of the job.
• To ensure that first sample approval system is in place and effectively implemented in pouching section.
• To inspect and test the finished material (Pouch) as per sampling plan and as per customer specification /requirement and release the material if this meets the customer specs/ requirement.
• In case finished material does not conform to the specification/ requirement raise the QNCR and put the material on hold/ reject the material.
• In case of hold material get the material rectified thorough rework process
• Ensure that the rectified material meets the specification/ requirement and clear the ok material for packing operations
• To ensure that the systems for avoiding mix up are maintained during the Pouching process..

To collect the QA/ Production data related to customer complaints.
To ensure Area lines clearance system in Pouching section.

• Ensuring the safe working in Pouching section and laboratory.

Qualifications
B.sc in Chemistry
