Description

To check the pouching plan and check the availability of KLD/Specs of the job. To ensure that first sample approval system is in place and effectively implemented in pouching section. To inspect and test the finished material (Pouch) as per sampling plan and as per customer specification /requirement and release the material if this meets the customer specs/ requirement. In case finished material does not conform to the specification/ requirement raise the QNCR and put the material on hold/ reject the material. In case of hold material get the material rectified thorough rework process Ensure that the rectified material meets the specification/ requirement and clear the ok material for packing operations To ensure that the systems for avoiding mix up are maintained during the Pouching process.. To collect the QA/ Production data related to customer complaints. To ensure Area lines clearance system in Pouching section. Ensuring the safe working in Pouching section and laboratory.
