Role Overview

The Distribution Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing the company's dealer/distributor network for HVAC and air-conditioning products, generating business through channel sales, and providing techno-commercial support. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong sales capability.

Channel & Distributor Management Sales Achievement & Business Development Technical Support & Coordination Market Analysis & Reporting

Required Skills

Strong technical knowledge of

air-conditioning systems, HVAC components, ducting, ventilation products

, etc. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work with channel partners and manage multiple accounts. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in

HVAC or engineering product distribution sales

. Freshers can also apply. Experience in dealer/distributor management preferred.
