3. Should be taking up the ownership of the tasks assigned.
4. Confidence level on the work assigned
5. Good communication skills to deal with the business users
6. Work closely and cordially with all members.
7. Take up adhoc requests as & when required.
8. Ready to take the oncall support on rota basis
9. Flexibility in the office timings
10. Proper documentation and knowledge sharing skills
