  • Sound knowledge of web analytics, tracking and the usual key figures and evaluation criteria
  • Hands-on experience and comfortable with Adobe Experience Platform or other CDP\'s.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to senior management.
  • Conception, construction and implementation of the Customer Data Platform (CDPs) in the Adobe Experience Platform in close coordination with the technical teams
  • Identification of relevant data sources and datasets to be integrated to build a central customer profile
  • Design of personalization use cases across different marketing channels based on defined target groups and segments
  • Support in the implementation of GDPR regulations and comprehensive data governance in the context of personalization in marketing use cases
  • Technical discussions with our internal customers from various areas around customer engagement for customer data management, 360\xc2\xb0 customer view and personalized omnichannel customer journeys
  • Creation of technical concepts in cooperation with other technology areas to find the best possible architecture for customer engagement
  • Analyze and challenge business requirements with respect to feasibility and optimal integration with and within the Digital Experience Platform
  • Be a sparring partner for internal and external subject matter experts and implementation partners in the area of integration architecture for the Digital Experience Platform
  • Analyze current and future application integration needs for the Digital Experience Platform
  • Consult and guide internal customers, e.g. Sales & Marketing or Communications, on application integration topics of the Digital Experience Platform as part of the digital transformation agenda
  • Collaborate and coordinate with domain experts, web architects, data architects, infrastructure experts, system experts, and software engineers for best-in-class solutions
  • In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, DAM, Mobile strategies etc.)
  • strong background in Data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Google 360 or Database / data warehousing technology.
  • Extensive experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization.
  • Strong drive to solve customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals.
  • Balance of business and technology acumen; ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to produce clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior leaders (Managers, Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
  • Outstanding communications skills both oral and written (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time.
  • Great teammate who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution.
  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines.
  • Bonus: experience or knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud or other Adobe solutions.
