Years of Experience : 4-6 Years

/ Position Description :

• Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on with dimensional data modelling & ETL processes.
• Experience in Power BI data modelling, Power BI datasets, Power BI Administration, Power BI Deployment pipelines, Power BI Embedding, Power BI Analytics/reporting,
• Experience in Data ingestion tools like HVR.
• Experience in Data integration tools like Talend
• Experience in Data lake like Snowflake
• Experience in performance tuning of ETL processes and reporting queries.
• Experience in creating Semantic layer (e.g. Business Object Universe, Power BI Dataset, Tableau etc....)
• Experience in Business objects administration like creating Publication, server maintenance etc...
• Understanding of reporting tools. Power BI is Preferred
• Report Development & Administration experience.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Programming knowledge is a bonus
• Pentaho data integrator ETL tool knowledge is a bonus
• Experience in creating Semantic layer (e.g. BusinessObject Universe, SSAS Tabular models (preferred), Datasets)
• Experience in building dimensional data model \ ETL
• Understanding of reporting tools. Power BI is Preferred
• Report Development & Administration experience.

Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Experience in developing, optimizing Tabular Models
• Expertise in developing complex calculations, Aggregations, implementing a dynamic security model using MDX/ DAX functions
• Extensively used SQL profiler/DMVs to solve deadlocks, to monitor long-running queries and trouble-shoot on the analysis server.
• Writing optimized SQL queries
• Creating Reports using Power BI and Report builder

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

• 4-6 years of experience in creating SSAS. dataset Tabular models
• Hands on experience in Writing Complex SQL Queries
• Creating reports using Power BI
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
