Job Title: Female IVR Call Attender & Outbound Caller

Location: Kundli, Sector-53, Phase-3

Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Overview:

We're hiring a polite and confident Female IVR & Outbound Caller to

handle inbound calls and reach out to potential customers for our resort. The

role involves managing IVR inquiries, making outbound calls, and

converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle inbound IVR calls and resolve customer queries.

? Make outbound calls to leads from digital sources (social media,

website, campaigns).

? Explain resort services, offers, and packages to potential guests.

? Maintain lead records and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.

? Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication.

? Coordinate with the sales and reservations team for confirmations.

? Ensure excellent customer experience and handle feedback.

Requirements:

? Female candidate with good communication skills (Hindi & English;

other languages a plus).

? Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/telecalling/IVR

handling (hospitality preferred).

? Pleasant voice, confident, and customer-oriented.

? Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.

? Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
