Roles & Responsibilities

? Perform complete evaluation of fertility patients including clinical examinations, ultrasound scans, and diagnosis.
? Manage all aspects of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) including:

IUI, IVF, ICSI Ovulation induction protocols Embryo transfer procedures Frozen embryo transfer planning
? Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and medical history.
? Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports.
? Work closely with embryologists, andrology technicians, nurses, and counselors to ensure seamless patient care.
? Ensure documentation, consent forms, and case records are updated as per ART Act and hospital policy.
? Counsel couples regarding treatment options, success rates, timelines, and emotional aspects of infertility.
? Participate in clinical audits, training programs, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
? Maintain strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

MD/MS/DGO/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Fellowship/Certification in Reproductive Medicine/IVF (Preferred)
Minimum

2-6 years

of experience in fertility or women's health practice
Strong knowledge in ART protocols, ovarian stimulation, ultrasound, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer
Excellent patient communication and counseling skills
Should be familiar with ART Act guidelines and ethical medical practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
