Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) tailored to each city
Build relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, and local health practitioners
Manage digital presence: SEO, social media, Google Ads, content creation
Track ROI on campaigns and report on lead generation
Coordinate with local staff and doctors to ensure aligned messaging
Handle branding, patient testimonials, and community outreach
Organize
CMEs, medical camps, public awareness programs, and digital campaigns

Track and analyze marketing performance and patient footfall.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Identify local market trends and customer needs to drive campaigns.
Report to the central marketing team and management regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2-5 years
of proven experience in
healthcare or IVF marketing
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of digital and field marketing techniques.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
Highly motivated with a passion for healthcare outreach.
