About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Software Trainer

to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in cutting-edge technologies including Full Stack Web Development (MERN), Mobile App Development (Flutter & React Native), Data Science, Python, AI/ML, and Robotics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in curriculum delivery, capable of engaging learners, and able to adapt to both beginner and advanced student levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver interactive training sessions in:

Full Stack Web Development (MERN Stack)

- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Mobile App Development

- Flutter and React Native

Data Science & Analytics

- Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

Advanced Machine Learning & AI

- Real-world AI & ML algorithms

Python Development

- Backend development, scripting, and automation

Robotics & STEM Education

- Python, Java, Scratch, Arduino, and related platforms Develop and update course content, training materials, coding exercises, and projects. Mentor and guide students through real-time projects and assessments. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into the curriculum. Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars as needed. Collaborate with the academic and operations team for student support and performance tracking.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in training or teaching software development topics. Proficiency in:

MERN Stack

: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Mobile Development

: Flutter, React Native

Data Science Tools

: Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras

AI/ML Algorithms

: Regression, Classification, Deep Learning, NLP, etc.

Python for Backend & Automation

Robotics

: Hands-on with Scratch, Arduino, basic electronics, and sensors Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner learners. Experience with online training tools, LMS platforms, or blended learning models is a plus.

Preferred:

Industry certifications in relevant technologies. Experience working on live projects or in a professional development environment. Experience in curriculum development and academic coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
