Title: ITSM Process Lead
Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities:
- Define and implement ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Integrate monitoring alerts into ServiceNow workflows.
- Ensure ServiceNow CMDB and business service mapping is aligned.
- Drive RCA and continuous improvement from observability data.
- Act as a process SME during tool integration and automation sprints.
- 6-9 years in ITSM roles, including process leadership.
- Strong ServiceNow experience - Incident, CMDB, Event Management.
- Understanding of monitoring tools and integration patterns.
- Process mapping and workflow design expertise.
- ITIL certification preferred.
