Role description

Must-Have Skills:

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operations Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision Solid understanding of the ITIL framework, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to independently identify and implement process improvement opportunities Effective verbal and written communication with business stakeholders and senior management Experience onboarding and training resolution groups in ServiceNow and PagerDuty Proficiency in managing ServiceNow workflows, approval processes, and assignment groups

Good-to-Have Skills:

3+ years of experience supporting IT operations in a large-scale environment Strong background in IT Project Management Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills under pressure Experience with metrics and reporting using ServiceNow and/or Power BI
