Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Understand client requirements and job descriptions
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Follow up with candidates until onboarding
Meet hiring targets and timelines
Required Skills
Experience in
IT recruitment / technical hiring
Knowledge of IT skills (Cybersecurity Domain, IT -Infrastructure, Networking , SOC, AWS, Devops)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn)
Basic understanding of recruitment metrics
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmen.
Good Communication.
Qualifications
Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Relevant recruitment experience is a plus.
