About the Role:
You shall be a part of the Tech team, where there is a lot of focus on the Technology in use and being built for the Digital Lending space.
You will work closely with the Product Owner in defining the product backlog and work as a facilitator in ensuring the required phases of delivery are progressing unhindered (viz. Requirements grooming, Development Sprints, Testing, Production Support & Adoption).
The role requires technology acumen and high degree of flexibility in working with techno-functional teams in tracking and managing multiple parallel dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Establish processes for identifying risks and creating mitigation plans.
• Establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to the Product Increment / Cadence commitments.
• Implement healthy quality and delivery processes.
• Maintaining continuous alignment of program or project scope with strategic business goals and applying your skills in leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, cross-cultural awareness, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure delivery as per business value and implement internal metrics and measures to track delivery - realtime.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Qualifications:

• Education : BTech / M Tech
• Experience : 6-9 yrs

• Product : Digital Lending | Experience working in Matrix environment | Payment and Collections

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master(PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications
