We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Ceipal/Job Diva or similar).
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with the HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Human Resources preferred).
1-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience with ATS tools like Ceipal, Job Diva, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
