Role holder is expected to generate qualified business leads, contact prospects, assist in preparing proposals/ offerings and support during closure of leads. Services to be sold are IT equipment maintenance support, IT Facility Management Services, Cloud services, IT Hardware products and any other services or products that gets added to company's portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Own lead generation targets
Searching and building prospects data using available tools
Establish contact with prospects and make cold calls for generating business leads
Provide all relevant information to the concerned sales executive for them to take it up further for closing the leads
Track all prospects and maintain documents related to active prospects
Assist sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, solutions
Research and analysis of prospects available in the market.
Expand business outside Delhi NCR.
Qualifications:
Graduate
Experience:
2 + years' experience in inside sales of IT Services/ Products
Required Skills:
Mandatory
Excellent communication abilities - both verbal and written
Ability to generate customer interest in first call
Ability to identify potential prospects and connect them with sales team
Knowledge of tools/ services to create base data for tele-calling
Excellent skills on managing digital media - Google, Linked-in
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tool
Desirable
Knowledge of any CRM tool
Basic knowledge of IT Products and Infrastructure Maintenance Services
