Key Responsibilities

Perform welding operations such as

Arc Welding, MIG Welding, TIG Welding

(as per requirement) Carry out fabrication, cutting, grinding, and fitting of metal components Repair and maintain plant machinery, structures, frames, pipelines, and fixtures Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job instructions Inspect welded joints for quality, strength, and accuracy Follow safety guidelines and use PPE during all welding activities Maintain welding tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition Support breakdown maintenance and shutdown activities Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for timely job completion Maintain housekeeping and workplace cleanliness

Eligibility & Qualifications

ITI Certification in Welding

(Mandatory) Freshers or candidates with up to

5 years of industrial welding experience

Knowledge of industrial safety practices Physically fit and willing to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry Knowledge of different welding electrodes and materials Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance Ability to work independently and in a team

Work Conditions

Shop-floor / plant-based role Shift duties as per production requirements Overtime as per business needs
