Job Summary

The ITI Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks as per technical drawings and project requirements. The role includes preparing materials, operating welding equipment safely, ensuring high-quality welds, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates must have strong technical skills and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The ITI Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks using different welding techniques such as ARC, MIG, TIG, and Gas Welding based on project requirements. The role requires technical skill, precision, and adherence to safety standards while working on fabrication, repair, and maintenance tasks. Ensure accuracy of dimensions and alignment before welding and Operate welding machines, hand tools, and power tools with safely.

Qualifications

ITI Welder / ITI Fitter (Welding)

or equivalent trade certification. Basic knowledge of MIG/TIG/ARC welding. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Experience

1-3 years of experience as a Welder or Fabricator (freshers with ITI welcome). Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction setup is preferred.
