Assisting Skilled Workers:

ITI trainees assist experienced professionals with various tasks, including assembly, installation, and maintenance of machinery or equipment.

Basic Tasks:

They may perform simple repairs, troubleshoot basic issues, and follow technical drawings and blueprints.

Tools and Instruments:

Trainees learn to use hand tools and measuring instruments accurately.

Safety and Quality:

They are expected to adhere to safety regulations and quality standards in the workplace.

Work Area:

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area is also a responsibility.

Following Instructions:

They must follow work instructions and drawing instructions for production.

Continuous Improvement:

ITI trainees may participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

They are expected to maintain Hitachi's safety and quality standards and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
