Job Summary: As a Motor Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and testing electric motors used in various automotive applications. Your attention to detail, mechanical skills, and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring the production of reliable and efficient motors.
Key Responsibilities:
Motor Assembly:
Assemble electric motors according to established specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
Component Inspection:
Inspect motor components for defects or irregularities, ensuring that all parts meet quality standards.
Testing:
Conduct functional tests on assembled motors to verify performance and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly or testing process, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow technicians, engineers, and production staff to meet production goals and resolve technical challenges.
