Embedded ITI Technician - Hardware Wiring, Assembly & Field Support

Aliter Business Solutions is looking for a skilled

ITI Technician

with hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, panel assembly, and basic electronics. The role involves assembling and maintaining hardware systems, performing SMD and leaded component work, and supporting device installation at client sites. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with power tools, mechanical tools, and measurement instruments, while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

ITI Certification in Electrical / Electronics (or equivalent). Strong understanding of electrical safety and maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and in coordination with internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform

soldering and de-soldering

of

all SMD and leaded components

. Carry out

panel assembly and wiring

, including drilling, fitting, and custom cut-outs on

ABS panels

. Assemble control panels, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and hardware components as per schematics. Ensure clean, accurate, and secure cable routing, terminations, and labeling. Use mechanical tools and power tools effectively for fabrication and assembly tasks. Conduct wiring, crimping, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic devices. Perform site visits for

device installation

, testing, and support to the IoT implementation team. Assist with basic procurement coordination when required. Maintain documentation for assembly, testing, and field activities.
