Brief of the Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Perform Electronics Assembly. Perform Soldering & wiring. Perform Connectors Crimping & Cable harness. Perform electromechanical assembly. Assembly of electronic components onto PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) or other substrates. Assemble of electronic systems accurately as per technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions. Identify and select electronic components required for assembly, ensuring compatibility and adherence to specifications as per DWR/Datasheet/Production Documents. Assist Production Engineer for functional testing of assembled electronic systems. Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures throughout the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols. Maintaining production Tools & equipments. Information Report of assembly procedures, test results, and any modifications/ Change made during the assembly process. Assist in inventory management, including tracking and replenishing electronic components and materials. Assist in Customer support call/on site visit, RMA process & Reports. Daily reporting of Production activity. Timely Assembly Quality work Component /Inventory Clean and organized work area Managerial Attributes problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time management.
