Freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered

Experience

Minimum 1 to 3 years in electronics manufacturing / assembly

Required Skills

SMD and through-hole electronic component soldering

Electronic component identification

PCB assembly, rework, and inspection

Electronic testing & troubleshooting

Ability to read wiring diagrams, BOMs, datasheets, and equipment lists

Familiarity with DMM, calibrators, and test instruments

Basic panel wiring and cable routing

Computer skills - working with MS Word and Excel

Conformal coating / PCB lacquer application

Good housekeeping and tool maintenance practices

Strong discipline, sincerity, and integrity
