Job Title: HVAC Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Install and commission new HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards. Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair. Diagnose system malfunctions and determine the appropriate repair method. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime. Calibrate thermostats, controls, and related devices to ensure energy efficiency and optimal operation. Maintain accurate records of service reports, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes. Assist in implementing energy-saving strategies through system optimization. Communicate effectively with facility managers, contractors, and other technicians.

Qualifications and Skills:

ITI Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent trade qualification. 1-3 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance and installation. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and electrical wiring. Ability to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and service manuals. Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools, meters, and HVAC-related hand and power tools. Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and performing manual tasks. Basic computer knowledge for logging work orders and reporting maintenance issues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
