About the Role

We are hiring

ITI Mechanical Fresher's (Male/Female)

for our Heat Treatment Plant in Chennai. The selected candidates will support the production and heat treatment process, handle basic machine operations, assist technicians, and follow instructions given by senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating heat treatment machinery and equipment Support production activities such as loading/unloading parts Monitor basic parameters (temperature, time cycles, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area Follow instructions from supervisors/technicians Help with documentation and basic record maintenance Coordinate with the quality team for part inspection Learn and support furnace operations and quenching processes

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

ITI - Mechanical / Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Any Mechanical Trade

Fresher's are eligible Male and Female candidates can apply Willingness to work in a plant/heat treatment setup

Skills Required

Basic mechanical knowledge Willingness to learn machine operations Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines Good attitude and readiness to work in a team
