About Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI, Diploma

or BEfreshers to join our team. The selected candidates will work in production, maintenance, or quality departments and will receive hands-on training to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate, Monitor, and Maintain Machinery/Equipment as per company standardsAssist in troubleshooting Mechanical/Electrical issues under supervisionPerform routine inspections and Preventive Maintenance tasksMaintain proper documentation and follow Safety protocolsSupport Production/Quality teams in daily activitiesEnsure adherence to company SOPs, Quality Standards, and Safety normsWork with senior

Education:

ITI (All trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, Machinist,Turner, Welder, etc.)

Internships or project experience will be an added advantage

Skills Required :

Basic technical knowledge related to degree/tradeGood communication and teamwork skillswillingness to learn and adaptProblem-solving and analytical mindsetUnderstanding of safety practices

Salary Range :ITI: ?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on role & company)
