Assist senior technicians and engineers in day-to-day tasks.
Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities as per assigned trade.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
Maintain records of work done and report issues to supervisors.
Eligibility & Skills:
ITI certificate/diploma in [specific trade, e.g., Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic, etc.].
Fresher (0-1 year experience).
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices related to the trade.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
