Job Description

For Fitter

Reading & Interpreting Drawings:

Understand and follow PEB structural fabrication drawings, blueprints, and specifications to lay out and align steel parts.

Assembly of Steel Components:

Precisely fit and assemble pre-fabricated steel elements, including columns, rafters, purlins, and other structural components, according to the project plans.

Alignment & Positioning:

Accurately lay out, position, and align structural metal parts for welding or riveting to prepare them for final assembly.

Material Inspection:

Inspect materials and work processes to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations, protocols, and procedures on the construction or fabrication site to prevent accidents.

Tool & Equipment Operation:

Use hand tools and potentially power tools for cutting, grinding, and fitting of metal components.

For Welder

Welding & Fabrication:

Execute welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fabrication to join and assemble structural steel components for PEB projects according to specifications and engineering drawings.

Cutting & Preparation:

Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and prepare metal parts for welding.

Reading Drawings:

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand the layout, fit, and assembly of PEB structures.

Quality Control:

Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet required standards and can withstand operational pressures.
