Job Description

As an ITI Fresher your job involves entry-level technical work, assisting senior staff in tasks like installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment (electrical, mechanical, IT), adhering to safety, reading blueprints, and gaining hands-on skills in their specific trade (Fitter, Electrician, CNC, etc.), focusing on learning, troubleshooting, and documentation while following company protocols and safety standards. Core Responsibilities (Varies by Trade)

General Support:

Assist senior technicians in daily operations and complex tasks.

Installation & Assembly:

Help install, assemble, and set up machinery, equipment, or systems.

Maintenance:

Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of tools/machines.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical, electrical, or IT issues.

Documentation:

Maintain logs, complete work reports, and fill out inspection sheets.

Safety Compliance:

Strictly follow all safety rules and company standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications

ITI Certification:

Relevant certification in a specific trade (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, etc.).

Technical Aptitude:

Basic understanding of hardware, software, or mechanical/electrical principles.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify issues and find solutions.

Reading Technical Docs:

Skill in interpreting blueprints, drawings, or wiring diagrams.

Teamwork:

Good communication and ability to work with others.

Eagerness to Learn:

A strong desire to gain practical experience and adapt.
Example Roles

ITI Fitter:

Assembly, fitting, mechanical maintenance.

ITI Electrician:

Electrical support, wiring, fault finding.
