Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter to join our maintenance and production team. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components and systems in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Fit and assemble mechanical parts and systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of machinery and mechanical systems.

Align and test mechanical components to ensure proper function.

Operate machinery and tools such as grinders, drill presses, and lathes.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members."
