Job Description

Job Purpose:

To perform fitting, assembly, installation, and repair activities for mechanical components, machines, and fabrication jobs in accordance with company standards and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

assembly, fitting, alignment, and adjustment

of mechanical parts. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, measurements, and tolerances

. Carry out

drilling, grinding, tapping, cutting, filing, and marking

works. Assist in installation and maintenance of machines & equipment. Work on fabrication components (frames, brackets, fixtures, metal parts). Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy. Maintain tools and ensure proper housekeeping in work area. Follow all workplace safety procedures and use PPE. Coordinate with welders, machinists, and production team.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of

mechanical tools, machines, measuring instruments

. Ability to read

2D drawings / blueprints

. Basic welding and fabrication knowledge preferred. Physically fit, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI Fitter / ITI Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

Experience:

1 to 5 years in production or maintenance fitting work.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
