Perform
preventive and breakdown maintenance
in chemical plant machinery.
Align shafts, couplings, motors, and rotating equipment.
Dismantle, inspect, replace, and assemble mechanical parts as per drawings and instructions.
Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure
minimum downtime
.
Follow
safety rules, SOPs, and GMP practices
strictly.
Coordinate with engineers and other maintenance staff during shutdowns.
Maintain maintenance records and report daily activities.
Ensure proper housekeeping and tool management.
