Assemble and install electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, connectors, wiring harnesses, and control panels.
Perform wiring and cable routing based on schematic diagrams and layout drawings.
Conduct crimping, soldering, termination, and insulation activities as per standards.
Test assembled units for continuity, insulation resistance, and functional performance.
Mechanical Fitting
Fit and assemble mechanical parts, brackets, enclosures, and structural components.
Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, grinders, wrenches, etc.
Perform alignment, mounting, and fastening of mechanical and electrical parts.
