Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

ITI Fitter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance work in an industrial or manufacturing environment. This role involves interpreting mechanical drawings, assembling parts and components, and ensuring equipment functions efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components and machinery. Read and interpret engineering drawings, layout designs, and work instructions. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repair work on mechanical systems and tools. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately. Ensure alignment, leveling, and calibration of machinery and components. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Record maintenance and assembly data as required. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

ITI - Fitter Trade (mandatory)

Experience:

2-4 years in fitting, mechanical assembly, or plant maintenance

Technical Skills:

Mechanical assembly and machine fitting Reading technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with precision measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) Basic knowledge of welding, grinding, or machining is a plus

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving ability Discipline and commitment to safety
