Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the mechanical assembly of machinery, components, and sub-assemblies as per technical drawings. Support senior fitters in installing, fitting, and aligning mechanical parts. Operate hand tools, drills, grinders, and other basic equipment under supervision. Handle and transport parts, tools, and materials in the assembly area. Perform basic measurements using vernier calipers, scales, or other tools. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Report defects or issues to supervisors immediately. Participate in routine maintenance and housekeeping activities.

Qualifications:

ITI Fitter Trade Certification (NCVT/SCVT) 0-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly (freshers can apply)

Skills Required:

Basic mechanical understanding Familiarity with hand tools and assembly operations Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred) Team player with a positive work attitude Willingness to learn and follow instructions
