Core responsibilities

Assembly and installation

: Assembling and installing machinery, mechanical systems, and structural components according to blueprints and specifications.

Maintenance and repair

: Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, and replacing broken or defective parts.

Technical tasks

: Using a variety of hand tools and equipment for cutting, fitting, drilling, grinding, and welding metal components.

Quality control

: Inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Blueprint reading

: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals to guide assembly and installation.

Safety and compliance

: Adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards at all times, and ensuring all work is up to code
