Job Summary

We are looking for

ITI Fitter / Assembly Technicians

to join our production team. The role involves

mechanical fitting, assembly, alignment, and basic fabrication work

as per drawings and instructions. Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and experienced candidates with hands-on exposure are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

mechanical assembly and fitting

of components, sub-assemblies, and structures Read and understand

engineering drawings, layouts, and work instructions

Perform

drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and finishing

operations Ensure

proper alignment, leveling, and torque tightening

of parts Use

hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

effectively Identify defects and report issues to supervisors Maintain

quality standards and safety practices

at all times Assist in trial assembly, testing, and rework if required Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of

fitting and assembly operations

Familiarity with

measuring tools

(vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge, etc.) Basic understanding of

mechanical components and fasteners

Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to learn and follow instructions Physically fit for shop-floor work

Experience Requirements

Freshers:

ITI completed candidates with good practical knowledge are welcome On-the-job training will be provided

Experienced Candidates:

0-5 years of experience in

assembly / fabrication / manufacturing

preferred Experience in

machines, structures, containers, trolleys, or industrial equipment

is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Shop-floor / Production environment Day shift / Shift duty as per production requirement

Compensation & Benefits

ESI & Health Insurance Saturday and Sunday off Breakfast and lunch provided at free of cost. Will work closely with Research and development team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
