Job Title:

WTP/ETP Operator - Maintenance & PLC Operation

/ Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain

Wastewater (ETP/STP)

and

Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

Daily monitoring of

pH, TDS, turbidity

, flow, and other plant parameters

Operate PLC/SCADA system

for automated plant control Maintain and troubleshoot

pumps, motors, valves, blowers

, and dosing systems Perform

routine checks

, preventive maintenance, and cleaning of tanks and filters Handle

chemical dosing

, backwashing, and RO/softener operations Maintain

logbooks

, plant records, and daily reports Follow

safety standards

and ensure compliance with

pollution control norms (CPCB/SPCB)

Assist in

repair, calibration, and replacement

of instruments and sensors

Key Skills Required:

WTP / ETP / STP operation knowledge, PLC / SCADA system operation, Knowledge of pumps, valves, blowers, dosing systems, Chemical dosing and backwashing techniques, Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting basics, pH, TDS, BOD, COD testing awareness, Recordkeeping and reporting, Preventive maintenance, Safety & environmental compliance
Budget- 30-35 k pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
